Helpful but incorrect use of certain words is distracting
I like this podcast and it has been helpful, but sometimes the repetitively incorrect use of certain words is distracting, particularly since Phil was an English major! Most recently it seems like Phil and Al in particular have been using "in lieu of" to mean "in light of". This is incorrect. "In lieu of" means "instead of" or "in place of". Lieu does not eqaul Light.

Soul savers
I am so blessed that I found this podcast. They do a great job of exposing their humanity, but also encouraging us to live godly lives. I love the anecdotes about every day life that they share, and I love the way that they dive so deeply into the scriptures, and help me to understand them.

I love you guys! I was a fan of the show and just found the podcast a couple months ago. I have absolutely enjoyed listening to the stories and biblical teachings from your perspectives. I relate so much to you guys way of thinking it’s eerie. Every episode seems to fit what I’m currently experiencing in my walk with Jesus and my life.

Man this is a great podcast
I’m pretty new to podcasts. I’ve known they exist but didn’t know where to begin looking for one I might like. Well, I saw this advertised on Instagram and thought I’d give a listen.
I’m glad that I did. I appreciate the great commentary, the way scripture is intertwined with regular, everyday life. And to tell the truth, I really needed this podcast. Besides all that, it’s interesting.
Thank you, gentlemen for putting out quality content as always. I’ve been mentioning this podcast since I started listening.

No Fluff, Only Truth
It’s rare these days to have a podcast that can be seen as biblically focused and also be deeply practical. I’m not opposed to new methodologies, but it seems like we are inundated with podcast from popular leaders with their essential new teaching, technique, or talent, and what we need most is truth. For this reason, Unashamed is a breath of fresh air.

Thanks you guys for putting out something positive in this world we live in these days, something biblical based that has helped me grow in my faith and understanding of the word, and continues to do so. I started listening to the podcast a couple years ago and finally getting around to rating it.
Just went and watched the blind movie with the wife tonight, and it hit pretty close to home, a road i had started down myself. definitely worth the watch if you haven’t seen it.
I love how yall will start out sometimes on a lilttle update with how the ducks are moving and hunting, Duck hunting was the 1st hunting i got introduced to at 10 years old after my momma had gone to be with Jesus. My uncle started taking me and it was awesome! We had a guy that could call and new how to set the decks. We hunted in about chest deep water (at least for me at that time) around brush. he had a chocolate lab, ol kim who would retrieve. I have not been able to duplicate hunts that compare since.
I spend most of my hunting season these days bow and (some rifle) hunting whitetail, in the Texas brush country. my son who is now 10 has finally gotten to the age where he can be quite for a few minutes at a time and he has started going with me. We a looking forward to a good season. -Joe K.
